State of the art supplier to the Auto Industry, Ritzi Automotive, incorporated digital 4D Omnifire 1000 to increase capacity, decrease labor costs, increase print quality and create new opportunities in decorating interior automotive components.

Markus Ritzi, Owner of Ritzi Automotive, states, “Digital printing with Heidelberg opens up new dimensions for 3-dimensional parts. The 1000 industrial version offers more capacity and better quality, and now we can really start the digital business. With the mini Cooper project along with smart car, we think that at the moment digital production equates to 5% of total volume, but we see this volume going up to 25% in the next two years. This could happen very quickly.”

Inprint spoke with Thomas Wittman and Markus Ritzi from Ritzi Automotive about the new Heidelberg Omnifire 1000 and how it’s impacting their vehicles. Read the complete article here.
